En mi cocina hoy: Lomito italiano hecho en casa
Con anticipación hacer los lomitos, ojalá el día antes. En una olla mediana calentar el aceite a fuego medio-alto y dorar el lomo por todos lados, dejandolo unos 2 minutos por lado, agregar sal, pimienta, ají de color, la cebolla, la mostaza y 2 tazas de agua hirviendo y dejar cocinar a fuego bajo 2 horas, hasta que el lomo este blando, agregar mas agua de ser necesario. Dejar enfriar, sacar el lomo y cortarlo en rodajas finas, hacerlo en contra de la dirección que crecen las fibras de la carne y devolverlo a la olla con los jugos y la cebolla.
Para la mayonesa: colocar en un bol el huevo sal y azúcar y con la minipimer mezclar, agregar la mitad del jugo de limón y vinagre y luego sin apagar la minipimer empezar a agregar el aceite en un hilito delgado, cuando hayan agregado la mitad de la taza de aceite, agregar la otra mitad de vinagre y jugo de limón. Guardar refrigerada por hasta 2 semanas.
Para armar los sandwichs tostar ligeramente los panes abiertos, poner una capa de mayo en ambas mitades luego el lomo, palta y tomate, tapar con la otra mitad de pan y comer de inmediato.

Rowlf is tha best.
R is for Rowlf
Rowlf has always been one of my favorites because of his dry and down to earth sense of humor. One of the best moments in the Muppet Movie was when we get a duet between Rowlf and Kermit. It’s great to hear the two voices (both from Jim) blend so well together and at the same time each be so distinctive.
